Shipping is free nationwide on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship at a flat $9.95. All import duties are prepaid on every order — you will never receive a customs bill.
Most items ship factory-direct and arrive in 7–12 business days. Oversize items (long-pack poles, staffs, tripods, dowel flags) arrive in 2–3 weeks. The applicable window is shown on every product page and in your cart before you pay.
If an unexpected delay means we can't meet the stated window, we will notify you promptly with a revised date and you may cancel for a full, immediate refund — no questions asked. (This is your right under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule, and we honor it fully.)
30-day returns. If a product isn't right, email crew@layoutequipment.com within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid return label. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
Defective or wrong item? We refund or replace immediately — send a photo, keep the item until we say otherwise, and don't pay to ship anything back unless we ask.
