We work to keep descriptions, specifications, and photos accurate, and we field-test products before listing them. Specifications may vary slightly between production batches; if a spec is critical to your application, email us to confirm before ordering. Comparison ("supply-house") prices reflect documented catalog prices for equivalent items at the time of comparison.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill (for example, a supplier stock-out), and we'll tell you promptly if that happens. Promotional codes (including the 10% launch code) are one per customer and can't be combined.
Our products are tools; buying guides and product descriptions are general information, not engineering, surveying, or safety advice. You are responsible for confirming any product meets the requirements, codes, and standards applicable to your specific jobsite and jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including jobsite delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
